Sacramento retreat for a afternoon of eclectic
dance workshops and colorful party featuring
request dances from all around the world, both
partner and non-partner, beginning and
experienced. |

Bring:
A snack to share Saturday opening potluck.
Optional: something “wild” to wear at the party.
Schedule:
SATURDAY
Noon finger food potluck and setup.
1:00-5:00 workshop were we teach the dances we planned to
teach at Dance in the Woods
5:00-6:30 dinner break.
6:30-7:30 sing along with Toba.
7:30-??? All request party plus taught dances will be
played.
PARTY
The Party will be all request party.
Request should be of dances that most dancers can
do. If less than 10% of the dancers present get up
to dance a dance then it will be stopped and on to the
next.
The dances taught during the workshops will be played
interspersed with requests. There will be no
review of the taught dances during the party. If a dance
doesn't fly come to the Sunday review.
